Måns finally managed to get a good nights sleep, now we just need to solve the sleep tetris puzzle. How many ways can you sleep in an ocean rowing boat? Anyway, we’re so happy to be rowing full time again!
Description of the day
We woke up to a lot calmer wind and waves, and have been rowing all day. Måns saw two turtles a few meters from the boat swimming towards the west, and later Sören saw a pod of dolphins. We ran the watermaker and filled our bags with 35 liters of drinking water. The sun was out most of the day, great for our charge level!

Harbour porpoises generally have higher metabolic rates than terrestrial mammals of the same size, which means they need more energy in relation to their size than most mammals on land. The energy needed for a harbour porpoise is up to two times higher than for a similar-sized land-living mammal.
